Bangpu has recently completed production and successfully shipped a batch of high-power mine sectional horizontal multistage pumps. These products will be widely used in deep well drainage, deep mining extension, and long-distance high-head water transfer, providing reliable support for safe mine operations.
Each pump in this shipment is equipped with a 450kW rated power and achieves a design head of over 600 meters, fully demonstrating Bangpu's technical expertise in high-pressure, high-head industrial pumping applications. The pumps feature a proven sectional structure, in which multiple impeller stages are arranged in series to progressively increase pressure. Driven by the 450kW power system, the pumps efficiently and stably convey mine water or solid-bearing mineral liquids to the surface.
To address the pressure challenges associated with a head exceeding 600 meters, Bangpu has implemented systematic design enhancements, including reinforced pump barrels, intermediate sections, and sealing components to improve overall rigidity and reliability. Key flow-passing parts are manufactured from wear-resistant materials, significantly extending service life under harsh mining conditions while reducing maintenance frequency and total operating costs.
Bangpu remains committed to a customer-centric approach, continuously strengthening its capabilities in mine pumps and industrial fluid transfer solutions. The successful delivery of this high-power, high-head multistage pump series further validates Bangpu's ability to handle complex conditions involving large flow rates, high heads, and challenging media.
